“What we eat”

Our meal times are a calm, happy, talkative and social experience; aiming to develop social skills as well as personal hygiene.
I provide variety and choice of food so as to develop healthy eating habits such as plenty of fruits and vegetables. I aim to be super healthy and educate children’s palates to enjoy natural and healthy food.
Our menus are friendly and flexible and prepared with top quality ingredients.
Specific requirements  as vegetarian, vegan, or any particular allergy can be catered for.

"Going out"

Going out is very important in our routine.  I promote visits to museums, farms, different parks, picnics, restaurants, libraries etc.

Going out offers an excellent opportunity to breathe fresh air, it encourages responsible behaviour, healthy habits and social skills, among other qualities. It increases attention span, and increases the vitamin D levels.

Every day we visit different places nearby.

We make sure our outings are a fun experience. We trek (travel) either by train, bus or walk. I encourage children to explore, learn how to behave in different environments and to become outgoing, social and responsible.

During summer months our outings may last longer. During extremely bad weather days, I will decide whether children should stay longer outside or indoors.
